Hex Bolts / Cap Screws

Carriage Bolts
Smooth dome head with square neck embeds into material to prevent rotation. Tamper-resistant.
Hanger Bolts
Wood thread on one end and machine thread on the other, for anchoring threaded rod and fixtures directly into timber.
Barrel Nuts / Chicago Bolts
Internally threaded barrel paired with a mating screw, giving a finished head on both faces of a through-bolted joint. Also known as sex bolts.
Elevator Bolts
Large, flat, low-profile head on a square neck, commonly specified for conveyor systems and elevator buckets.
J-Bolts
J-shaped shank for tie-down anchoring, or used as an open eye bolt for cable and chain attachment.
U-Bolts

Cam Lock — Triangle Key
Quarter-turn cam lock with a triangle insert, opened with a standard triangle key. The usual choice for electrical panels and utility enclosures.
Cam Lock — Square Key
Quarter-turn cam lock with a square insert for a square panel key — common on control panels, junction boxes and machinery guards.
Cam Lock — Double-Bit Key
Quarter-turn cam lock with a double-bit insert, opened with a double-bit key — widely used on telecom, rack and outdoor cabinets.
Cam Lock — Wing Knob
Tool-free quarter-turn cam lock with a wing knob, for doors and access covers that need quick opening without a key.
Swing Handle Locks
Lockable swing handles with key cylinder for floor-standing panels and cubicle doors, with single-point or rod-latching for 2- and 3-point locking.
Multipoint Rod Locks
Espagnolette-type multipoint lock with a central gearbox, latch and top and bottom locking points on a stainless faceplate — for tall doors that must seal along their full height.
Compression Latches & T-Handles
Paddle and T-handle compression latches that pull the door onto its gasket for a sealed, repeatable close on IP-rated enclosures.
Hex Nut
A standard six-sided nut, also known as a Finished Hex Nut.
Heavy Hex Nut
A heavier, thicker pattern giving greater bearing area and strength.
Nylon Insert Lock Nut
A lock nut with a nylon insert that resists loosening. Also called Nyloc / Nylock.
Jam Nut
A thinner hex nut for applications where space or thread engagement is limited.
Nylon Insert Jam Lock Nut
A reduced-height jam nut with a nylon insert to resist loosening.
Wing Nut
Wing-shaped projections allow quick hand tightening and removal without tools.
Cap Nut
A closed, domed end covers the exposed end of the fastener.
Acorn Nut
A high-crown decorative cap nut, used where a finished appearance is desired.
Flange Nut
An integrated flange acts like a built-in washer, spreading load over a larger area.
Tee Nut
Driven or pressed into wood or other materials to provide a permanent threaded hole.
Coupling Nut
A long, internally threaded nut used to connect two pieces of threaded rod.
Square Nut
A four-sided nut with large flat bearing surfaces and increased resistance to rotation.
Prevailing Torque Lock Nut
Maintains resistance to loosening through prevailing torque, including elevated-temperature versions.
K-Lock / Kep Nut
An attached, free-spinning external-tooth lock washer helps prevent loosening.
Pin Lock Nut
Resists loosening while requiring relatively low installation torque.
Castle & Slotted Nut
Castellated slots allow a cotter pin to secure the nut on a drilled-shank fastener.
Flat Washer

Fender Washer
An oversized flat washer that spreads load over a wider area on soft or thin materials.
Finishing Washer

Split Lock Washer

External Tooth Lock
Teeth extend outward from the edge to help prevent loosening.
Ogee Washer
A thick, large-diameter washer with a sculpted profile. Common in dock and wood construction.
Internal Tooth Lock
Teeth extend inward toward the center hole to help prevent loosening.
Square Washer
A square-shaped washer distributing fastener load over a larger surface area.
Dock Washer
Heavy-duty, larger diameter and thicker than standard washers. Used in dock, timber and structural work.
Fastener Materials
From indoor zinc-plated to marine-grade stainless — material is selected against the application and its environmental exposure, not defaulted to one.
Grade & Class Chart
Select the correct grade for the load the joint will carry — higher grade means higher strength but reduced ductility.
Grade markings are stamped on the bolt head and correspond to a minimum tensile and yield strength. Matching a fastener's grade to the actual load, rather than defaulting to the highest available, keeps the joint predictable under vibration and thermal cycling.
